Returns


Items purchased from our online surf clothing store can be returned for an exchange or a refund if they are received at Shred Head no more than 14 days after delivery to the customer's address. Clothing, accessories and other products must be returned in the original packaging with any tags still attached, along with your returns number. Soiled goods (dirty, smelling of smoke etc) will not be refunded.

We endeavour to double-check every order before being packaged. However, if there should prove to be a fault or error with an item delivered then Shred Head will compensate you fully, and we will arrange for free postage of the item to be returned.

Please do not post any items to Shred Head before obtaining a returns number.

To obtain your returns number please contact Customer Services by email at returns@shredhead.com, or by phone on +44 1634 668423, or by fax on +44 845 3308563. We will need: your order reference number, details of the item you wish to return and possibly exchange, and the reason for return (for research purposes so please don't be shy!). If you do not have these details available then pass on as much information as possible and we will endeavour to allocate a returns number to you within 48 hours.

Please quote the returns number inside the package with a note of whether you require a refund or exchange (and if so, which item you require in exchange).

For your own protection we advise you to return any items via an insured method of delivery which requires a signature. Shred Head are not responsible for items that are not received.

Upon receiving the returned item we will process either the exchange or the refund. For UK orders exchange items are shipped by our Standard \ Free postage method and therefore take up to five working days to arrive from the date of despatch. Please speak to Shred Head Customer Services on 01634 668423 to arrange Special \ Next day delivery of your exchange item.

In the case of a refund the credit card used for the transaction will be credited, and no other. If the purchase was made by cheque or postal order then a cheque will be returned. A cheque will also be issued if the credit card used for the original purchase is no longer active. The customer will be notified of their returns status at this time by way of an e-mail.
