Things couldn't be sweeter for Shred Head customers with delivery of your surf lifestyle order to anywhere in the UK absolutely FREE when using our standard free delivery option. This is a service that Shred Head has provided since our online surf clothing shop launched in 2002.
The despatch of your surf clothing or surf gear purchase should take place within 24 working hours of receiving online and phone orders paid for by card (excludes public holidays). Once you have placed an order online you will receive an email from Shred Head confirming the details of your order. An additional email will be sent when the order has been packed and despatched from the Shred Head warehouse.
Shred Head uses Royal Mail and the APC Courier Network to deliver your orders, both of which have provided a reliable and dependable delivery service.
Delivery to the UK using our standard Free Delivery option has no additional cost to your Shred Head order, as it is free, and normally takes 2 to 5 working days. If the delivery is to a remote location or placed over the Christmas period this may take a few days longer. Please note that a signature may be required upon the delivery of the goods, though this is dependant upon the value of the Shred Head order.
Special delivery \ next day orders must be made before 12:00 mid-day to be delivered before 17:00 the following working day. Otherwise it will be despatched on the next working day. If you have selected the Next Day Delivery option there will be a charge added to your order.

Please note that if payment is by cheque or postal order then the despatch of your order will occur once the payment has cleared (generally 7 to 10 days for cheques).
If no one is at the delivery address when our carrier tries to deliver your order, the carrier will leave notification of an attempted delivery. The note will specify if you need to contact them to; arrange an alternative delivery date, to collect the parcel, or if they will re-attempt delivery the following day. This may be specific to UK deliveries only.
The cost of delivery to Europe and International locations varies upon the size of your Shred Head order. The table below displays the varying delivery charges:
