What happens when you place your order?
For an item ordered from Shred Head: when you click the “Confirm Order” button, we will send you an e-mail
acknowledging receipt of your order. Your contract to purchase an item will not be complete until we send you
an e-mail notifying you that the item has been dispatched to you.
Items purchased from our online surf clothing store can be returned for an exchange or a refund if they are received at Shred Head no more than 14 days after delivery to the customer's address. Clothing, accessories and other products must be returned in the original packaging with any tags still attached, along with your returns number. Soiled goods (dirty, smelling of smoke etc) will not be refunded.
We endeavour to double-check every order before being packaged. However, if there should prove to be a fault or error with an item delivered then Shred Head will compensate you fully, and we will arrange for free postage of the item to be returned.
