Kustom is an Australian surf brand that produces exciting and innovative footwear. The Kustom range of shoes includes fashionable street trainers for men and ladies, and of course slaps and sandals inspired by the Australian surf lifestyle and beach culture.
The Kustom surf brand was born in Australia back in the year 2000. It was created by a pro-surfer that wanted to create a surf brand that would create affordable footwear to fit the surfers' needs for the surf lifestyle.
After its initial success Kustom was bought by the Australian surf brand Billabong in 2004. Since then the Kustom footwear brand has gone from strength to strength, producing eye catching street and surf wear for men and ladies. Kustom trainers and sandals are now worn by an impressive array of the world’s top surfers, including Gold Coast surfer and WCT title hopeful Joel Parkinson (Parko), Aussie aerial specialist Josh Kerr, goofy footed surfer Shaun Cansdell, Toby Atkins, and Portugal’s WCT newcomer Tiago Pires.
